About the Role

Looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive – Fresher to join our Business Development team. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in sales, client acquisition, events, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate leads and support the business development team in building the sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and explain relevant IHW Council events, conferences, and offerings.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and execution.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn.

Eligibility

- Fresh graduates only.
- Only Graduates (BA, B.COM, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA,) not taking (IT background - btech)
- Candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are preferred.
- No prior work experience required.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
