Key Responsibilities - Drive B2B sales and business development activities for Nykaa. - Visit 25+ clients/outlets per day within the assigned territory. - Identify and approach potential B2B customers and generate new leads. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Convert qualified leads into successful sales. - Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets. - Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers. - Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - Submit daily field-visit, lead-generation, and sales reports to the reporting manager.



Candidate Profile - Candidates with experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, FMCG, Retail, or related sales roles are preferred. - Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Comfortable with regular field visits and meeting multiple clients daily. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Target-oriented and self-motivated. - Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
