Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Executive to take ownership of our paid search
strategy and execution for a fast-growing UK e-commerce brand. This role requires hands-on
expertise in Google Ads, Google Shopping, and performance marketing, with a focus on
driving online sales and maximising Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display,

YouTube).

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Manage Google Merchant Center and optimise product feeds.
- Write, test, and refine ad copy tailored to UK consumer behaviour and seasonal

trends.

- Monitor campaign performance; optimise bids, budgets, and targeting to hit ROAS

goals.

- Implement advanced tracking: conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience

strategies.

- Analyse campaign data using Google Analytics, GA4, and Tag Manager.
- Partner with e-commerce, creative, and analytics teams to support launches and

promotions.

- Stay updated on Google Ads policies, platform updates, and UK retail/e-commerce

trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands.
- Proven expertise in Google Shopping & Merchant Center.




- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Strong skills in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Experience with feed management tools (e.g., DataFeedWatch, Channable).
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent analytical, copywriting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience running campaigns on Meta Ads or Bing Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and multi-channel attribution.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimisation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
