Requirement

● Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.

● Intermediate Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA qualification or equivalent.

● Strong person in cost control/ inventory control/ overhead control/involved in balance sheet/trial balance / good analytical knowledge.

● Candidates from Vasai to Dahanu are preferred

Job Description:

The Account Manager will be responsible for financial and accounting activities. This role requires strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate financial processes between all location. Whenever need to travel to our other locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for both the head office and factory.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts for both locations. Monitor and report on budget variances.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Act as a liaison between the head office and factory, ensuring the smooth flow of financial information and transactions between the two locations.
- Oversee inventory tracking and valuation, working closely with the factory team to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Analyze and report on cost drivers and cost-saving opportunities to optimize operations at both locations.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for both locations.
- Coordinate and participate in financial audits, working with external auditors to provide necessary documentation.
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Undertake special financial projects and analysis as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:





● CA / Inter- CA having minimum 10 years of experience.

● Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.

● Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

● Proficiency in accounting software / ERP/SAP and Microsoft Excel.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

CTC – 10 to 12 Lacs PA
