Key Responsibilities

Be the primary on-camera face and host for our real estate content.

Present luxury residential projects, apartments, villas and investment opportunities.

Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other video content.

Deliver property presentations naturally and confidently on camera.

Explain property prices, locations, amenities, investment potential and market trends in a simple and engaging manner.

Participate in property walkthroughs, project launches, events and promotional shoots.

Collaborate with the video, marketing and real estate sales teams to develop content ideas.

Maintain a premium, professional and aspirational image consistent with a luxury real estate brand.

Stay updated with Mumbai's luxury real estate market and understand the projects being promoted.

Occasionally participate in interviews, podcasts, client-facing videos and brand campaigns.

What We Are Looking For





Excellent spoken English and communication skills.

Confident and natural personality in front of the camera.

Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.

Good grooming and a professional, premium appearance.

Energetic, outgoing and comfortable interacting with people.

Ability to memorize and communicate property information effectively.

Understanding of Instagram, YouTube and short-form video content.

Prior experience as a content creator, influencer, anchor, presenter, model, actor, salesperson or social media personality is an advantage.

Prior real estate experience is not mandatory.

A personal social-media following is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,146.88 - ₹35,198.29 per month
