Job description :

We are looking for a motivated Automotive Parts Sales Representative to handle customer inquiries, understand their vehicle parts requirements, and assist them through the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls and identify required auto parts.

Follow up with customers and provide quotations.

Coordinate pricing, availability, and delivery details.

Negotiate and finalize sales.

Process confirmed orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintain good customer relationships and follow up on pending inquiries.

Requirements: Valuable communication and customer-service skills, sales ability, and basic knowledge or interest in automotive parts. Previous experience in auto parts sales is an advantage.

Qualification & Skills





Must have good communication skill (Fluent English).

Must have basic knowledge of Computer MS (word, excel, Power Point).

Educational Qualification - Minimum Graduate or under Graduate (or equivalent) in any discipline.

Experience required: Preferred experienced in BPO Sector, Tele Calling, Customer Service etc

Shift: Fixed Night Shift

Working time: 7:30 PM 5:30 AM (fixed).

Working days: Monday-Friday (fixed)

Salary- 15000 to 25000 (+incentive)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
