Job Summary

Eurocert Private Limited is looking for an experienced Marketing Team Leader to manage marketing interns and coordinate internship outreach activities with colleges and universities. The candidate will be responsible for team management, intern training, institutional coordination, outreach, and building a strong pipeline of student interns. Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Training

- Manage and supervise a team of Marketing Interns.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions for interns on marketing outreach, lead generation, communication, and follow-ups.
- Guide interns on effective outreach strategies and professional communication.
- Track team productivity, targets, and overall performance.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance support.

College & University Outreach

- Identify and connect with colleges, universities, institutes, and educational organizations for internship requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with college/university placement cells, training & placement officers, faculty members, and career development teams.
- Coordinate with institutions for internship drives, student outreach, campus hiring, and internship opportunities.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels to establish institutional collaborations.
- Explore and develop long-term college/university internship partnerships.
- Coordinate internship requirements, student profiles, interview schedules, and joining processes with institutions.




- Maintain records of institutional contacts, collaborations, and internship pipelines.

Marketing & Outreach

- Develop and implement strategies for student and intern outreach.
- Guide the team in lead generation and outreach activities.
- Monitor daily and monthly outreach targets.
- Identify new channels and opportunities for sourcing potential interns.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, leads, conversions, and team performance.
- Coordinate with management to improve internship recruitment and outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Recruitment Outreach, Campus Hiring, or a related field.
- Previous experience in team handling or team leadership is required.
- Experience in college/university outreach, campus hiring, student engagement, or institutional partnerships will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in training interns or junior team members on marketing/outreach activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple team members and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Valuable proficiency in professional communication through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.

- A face-to-face interview will be conducted at the company location.
- The company will provide travel allowance (TA) as per applicable company policy.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
