Warehouse Helper – Job Description

Position: Warehouse Helper
Department: Warehouse / Operations
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities

- Load and unload materials, goods, and equipment safely.
- Receive incoming materials and assist in checking quantities and condition.
- Arrange and store items in their designated locations.
- Pick, sort, pack, and prepare materials for dispatch.
- Assist with stock counting and inventory management.
- Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
- Assist the warehouse/store team with day-to-day activities.
- Follow company safety procedures and instructions.
- Support other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility & Requirements





- Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Freshers can apply; previous warehouse/store experience is an advantage.
- Physically fit and comfortable with loading/unloading and material handling.
- Positive discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of stock/material handling is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
