Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Manager to manage government liaison, statutory approvals, regulatory compliances, and documentation for multiple real estate projects. The role will primarily involve coordination with PUDA/Development Authorities, Municipal Corporations, ULBs, TCP, Revenue Departments, and other government authorities to facilitate timely approvals and resolve regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage liaison and approval processes for multiple real estate projects from land development through completion.
- Coordinate with PUDA/Development Authorities, Municipal Corporations, ULBs, TCP, Revenue, Town Planning, and other statutory departments.
- Handle approvals related to land use, CLU, layout plans, building plans, development permissions, NOCs, completion/occupancy certificates, and other statutory approvals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with government officials and relevant authorities.
- Track applications, files, approvals, queries, objections, and pending actions to ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with internal Project, Planning, Architecture, Legal, Finance, and Management teams for required documentation and approvals.
- Draft and submit applications, letters, representations, replies to notices, clarifications, and other official correspondence.
- Follow up on pending approvals and proactively identify potential delays or regulatory bottlenecks.
- Ensure all project documentation, approvals, NOCs, maps, agreements, and statutory records are properly maintained.
- Monitor changes in applicable real estate regulations, municipal rules, development authority policies, building bye-laws, and government notifications.
- Represent the company in meetings and discussions with government departments and external stakeholders.
- Resolve objections, queries,



and compliance issues in coordination with legal and technical teams.
- Maintain approval trackers and provide regular management updates on project-wise status, timelines, and pending matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of PUDA/development authority and Municipal Corporation procedures.
- Good understanding of real estate regulations, RERA, building bye-laws, land/revenue rules, TCP regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Strong government liaison and networking skills.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and approvals simultaneously.
- Strong documentation and compliance orientation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret government orders, circulars, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and online government/e-governance approval portals.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Law, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in government liaison, real estate approvals, statutory compliance, or a similar role.
- Candidates with robust hands-on experience with PUDA and Municipal Corporation departments will be preferred.
- Experience handling approvals for multiple residential/commercial real estate projects will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
