Job Title: Workday Developer

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Workday development and integrations and will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to deliver scalable and reliable Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs
- Build reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and business processes
- Integrate Workday with Payroll, Advantages, Recruiting, Finance, and other systems
- Troubleshoot production issues and support testing/deployments
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions




- Maintain documentation and follow Workday best practices

Required Skills:

- Workday Studio, EIB & Core Connectors

Workday Reporting & Calculated Fields

Business Process & Security

REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT & JSON

SQL / SQL Server

Azure DevOps & Git

Preferred:

- Workday certifications, Workday Extend, Azure, and experience with ADP, Kronos, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or ERP integrations.
