We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong technical expertise in Python and PostgreSQL to manage software development projects and coordinate with technical teams.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Python – Mandatory
- PostgreSQL – Mandatory
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience in project planning, execution and delivery
- Strong team management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage timelines, priorities and project deliverables
- Positive understanding of APIs, databases and backend development
- Experience working with development and technical teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from requirement gathering through delivery
- Plan project timelines,



milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate with developers, QA and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively
- Communicate project status and updates to management
- Understand technical requirements and coordinate with the development team
- Ensure quality, performance and successful project delivery
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Education

- B.Tech – Preferred
- B.Sc. IT – Eligible
