About the Role

AdTeam is looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Campaign Executive to manage the setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns.

This is primarily a campaign operations role. You will not be expected to create graphics, edit videos, or develop the overall marketing strategy. Your responsibility will be to ensure campaigns are launched correctly, monitored consistently, and optimized according to clearly defined rules.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and launch campaigns across digital advertising platforms.
- Upload ad creatives provided by the design and video teams.
- Configure campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, placements, tracking parameters, and naming conventions.
- Conduct daily quality checks across active advertising accounts.
- Ensure tracking links, pixels, budgets, targeting, and campaign statuses are correct.
- Monitor campaign performance and compare results against predefined KPIs.
- Pause, scale, or adjust campaigns according to documented rules and thresholds.
- Identify high-performing audiences, placements, creatives, or campaign angles.
- Report performance opportunities and potential issues to the team leader.
- Maintain accurate campaign logs and daily reports.
- Follow existing SOPs and update documentation whenever a process changes.
- Prepare an end-of-day report covering launches, changes, issues, and pending actions.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising and campaign metrics.
- Comfortable working with budgets, performance numbers, and optimization thresholds.
- Ability to follow written campaign instructions accurately.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to identify mistakes in tracking, budgets, targeting, or campaign setup.




- Good written English for preparing clear reports.
- Reliable availability during the defined working schedule.
- Willingness to perform structured and repetitive campaign operations consistently.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Experience with campaign tracking parameters and pixels.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

Previous digital marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Complete training on our systems and processes will be provided.

- Graphic design or video editing.

- Independently deciding campaign tests.
- Making major strategic decisions without approval.

Pay: ₹10,075.54 - ₹41,010.23 per month
