About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on WordPress Developer with 2–3 years of qualified experience to join our team at Kalkaji, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on business websites, landing pages, WordPress customisation, website maintenance and performance optimisation.

This role is suitable for someone who understands WordPress beyond basic page editing and can independently troubleshoot website issues, implement new features and work closely with the content, SEO and digital marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customise and maintain WordPress websites according to project requirements.
- Build responsive and mobile-friendly websites using WordPress.
- Customise WordPress themes and plugins as required.
- Convert website designs, layouts and requirements into functional web pages.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP for website customisation and troubleshooting.
- Create and modify landing pages for marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Manage WordPress updates, plugins, themes and website configurations.
- Identify and resolve website errors, broken layouts, plugin conflicts and functionality issues.
- Improve website loading speed, Core Web Vitals and overall performance.
- Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Implement basic technical SEO requirements such as proper heading structure, metadata implementation, redirects and indexability-related fixes in coordination with the SEO team.
- Maintain website security and perform regular backups and updates.
- Integrate forms, analytics tools, tracking codes and third-party services when required.
- Troubleshoot hosting, DNS,



SSL and basic server-related website issues.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, SEO professionals and digital marketing teams.
- Maintain clean, organised and scalable website code.
- Manage multiple website projects and meet assigned deadlines.

Experience Requirement

2–3 years of hands-on WordPress development experience is required.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous WordPress projects. Applicants with experience working on agency websites, business websites, SEO-driven websites or multiple client websites will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, technical skills and interview performance.

The position offers an opportunity to work on multiple live websites and collaborate with professionals from SEO, content, design and digital marketing.

This is an office-based position, so candidates should be comfortable travelling to our Kalkaji office regularly.
