Job Description:

· To develop and implement effective sales strategies.

· Drive sales objectives and achieving assigned PAN India targets of sales and collections.

· To lead and manage nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.

· Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.

· Handling P&L; for the division.

· To establish productive and skilled relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

· Manage and oversee the daily sales operations of the sales team.

· Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

· Build a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, training and guidance.

· Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.





· Organizing Hands-on training & creating a large pool of Indian Patients Data along with a battery of trainers all over India.

· Planning & Strategy for all KOLs.

· Ensuring ROI against all BTL Activities.

· Ensuring Collection & implementing approved credit limit.

· Market research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

· Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services. Also, to provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs.

Preferred Candidate:
Someone who has experience in Aesthetic/Dermatology/Cosmetology Segment

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
