ABOUT LUNIVA

Luniva is a Global-based consumer brand specialising in advanced stain-removal and laundry-care products. Our products are currently sold through our website, Amazon and TikTok Shop, with further retail and international expansion planned.

We are establishing a digital marketing office in Vadodara and are looking for a creative, energetic and commercially focused Social Media & Content Executive.

THE ROLE

You will help build Luniva into a recognisable and trusted consumer brand across the UK. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands social-media trends, short-form video, storytelling and content that generates sales—not simply likes and followers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage Luniva’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube accounts.
- Plan and publish two to three pieces of content daily.
- Generate creative ideas for reels, short videos, carousels, stories, memes and educational posts.
- Create stain-removal demonstrations, product comparisons, laundry tips and before-and-after content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, calls to action and hashtags using correct British English.
- Film and edit short-form videos suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Identify relevant trends, sounds, formats and cultural moments that Luniva can use appropriately.
- Contact UK-based UGC creators, influencers and product reviewers.
- Coordinate product-seeding, competitions and creator campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and help build a genuine Luniva community.
- Maintain consistent branding, wording and product positioning across every platform.
- Follow platform advertising, content and product-claims policies.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth,



website traffic and sales.
- Produce weekly performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Work with the wider digital team on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop and campaign launches.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Approximately one to three years of practical social-media or content-creation experience.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok and short-form video.
- Ability to create content using tools such as Canva and CapCut or equivalent software.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling and creative-thinking ability.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others during content shoots.
- Able to work quickly, follow brand guidelines and meet publishing deadlines.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding that content must support sales.
- A portfolio or examples of social-media accounts and content previously created.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

- Experience with consumer products, beauty, homecare, laundry, cleaning, lifestyle or e-commerce brands.
- Experience working with influencers or UGC creators.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Shop, Shopify and social-media analytics.
- Evidence of creating reels or campaigns that achieved strong organic reach, engagement or sales.

PERFORMANCE BONUSES

Additional bonuses will be available for exceptional results, including viral content, sustained audience growth, successful creator campaigns and measurable sales generated through social media.
