We are looking for a creative and visually driven AI Video Editor who doesn’t just edit videos but builds experiences. If you understand storytelling, aesthetics, motion, and AI-powered content creation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Transform ideas, scripts, and concepts into visually compelling video content.
- Use AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Seedance, Veo, Sora, Pika, and similar platforms to create and enhance visuals.
- Create engaging motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, and animations.
- Seamlessly blend AI-generated visuals with real footage.
- Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and emotional impact.
- Experiment with new video formats, creative styles, and emerging trends.
- Create content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to bring concepts to life.
- Deliver high-quality videos within tight timelines without compromising creativity.
- Continuously explore new AI tools, workflows, and techniques to improve video production.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–4 years of experience in video editing or a related creative role.
- Strong creative eye with a good understanding of visual storytelling.
- Proven video editing experience with a strong portfolio/showreel.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,



or similar editing tools.
- Strong understanding of color, composition, motion, transitions, pacing, and visual rhythm.
- Ability to turn a rough concept or idea into a polished, engaging video.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment creatively.

AI & Creative Skills — Must Have

- Hands-on experience with AI video/image generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, Veo, Seedance, or similar platforms.
- Ability to use creative prompting to generate unique and visually consistent content.
- Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of AI-generated video.
- Ability to creatively solve common AI-generation challenges and imperfections.
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and adopt new AI workflows.

Good to Have

- Experience in motion design, VFX, animation, or compositing.
- Knowledge of sound design, audio cleanup, voice synchronization, or mixing.
- Understanding of viral content and social media trends.
- Experience creating short-form content optimized for engagement.
- Strong creative ideation skills and the ability to contribute original concepts.
