Aravali Honey Industries is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, following up with leads, and supporting the company’s sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, online platforms and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential B2B and retail customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales pitches when required.
- Negotiate with clients and support order closure.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead data in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, FMCG or B2B Sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making calls and interacting with new customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
