We're looking for a strategic SEO leader to head our Organic Growth division.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop the SEO team.
- Own SEO strategy and delivery across client accounts.
- Ensure timely project execution and operational excellence.
- Handle client escalations and drive client retention.
- Join discovery calls and client pitches as the SEO expert, presenting strategies and solutions with confidence.
- This role does not involve business development or sales targets.
Your responsibility is to strengthen pitches with your SEO expertise and help build client confidence.
- Improve SOPs, workflows and team productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO and AI Search trends.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration Relevant certifications in SEO, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
