We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Content Creator who can shoot, edit, and produce engaging videos and reels for social media platforms. The candidate should have solid visual sense, storytelling ability, and experience in creating high-quality digital content.

Key Responsibilities Video Shooting & Production

- Shoot videos for reels, ads, interviews, and promotional content
- Handle camera, mobile, lighting, and basic audio setup
- Plan shots and angles as per content requirement

Video Editing & Post-Production

- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, and background music
- Optimize videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Shorts

Social Media Content Creation

- Create engaging reels, shorts, and promotional videos
- Understand social media trends and apply them creatively
- Work with marketing team to plan content calendars

Graphic Design & Thumbnails

- Design attractive thumbnails for YouTube and ads
- Create posters and creatives for social media posts
- Maintain brand consistency in all designs

Creative Strategy & Innovation

- Suggest new content ideas and formats
- Experiment with new editing styles and trends
- Improve engagement through creative storytelling





Required Skills & Qualifications Education

- Graduate / Diploma in Media, Design, or related field (Preferred)

Skills

- Strong knowledge of video editing and shooting
- Good understanding of composition, color, and timing
- Creativity and visual storytelling ability
- Attention to detail and quality

Software Knowledge

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- After Effects (Basic – Optional)
- Photoshop / Canva (for thumbnails)

Experience

- 0 to 3 years in video editing and content creation
- Freshers with strong portfolio may apply

Salary & Benefits
