Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC;)
- Mechanical Engineering

Experience

- Freshers to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial automation and welding equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Install new machines and ensure proper functionality before handover.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Explain technical issues and solutions clearly in English.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, maintenance logs, and visit reports.
- Provide basic operational training to customers after installation or servicing.
- Coordinate with internal Design, Production, and Service teams for technical support.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service activities while maintaining company quality standards.

Travel Requirements

- The role involves extensive field service work.
- Candidate should be willing to travel within Maharashtra, across India, and occasionally outside India based on project requirements.
- The candidate should be comfortable with 20–25 days of travel per month,



depending on service schedules.
- Candidates must be ready to travel without hesitation whenever assigned by the company.
- All approved official travel expenses will be reimbursed as per the company's travel and expense policy through the monthly expense claim process.

Required Skills

- Valuable troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently at customer locations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of industrial electrical panels, PLC wiring, sensors, motors, and automation systems will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly and machine maintenance will be preferred for Mechanical candidates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates having experience in Resistance Welding, Spot Welding, Projection Welding, or Welding Automation will be given preference.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should possess good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
