About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our production team at Bodhitree Entertainment. If you have a strong sense of visual storytelling and the technical skills to back it up, this role is for you. You will be responsible for editing high-quality footage from a variety of dynamic events, ranging from large-scale political rallies and public gatherings to corporate functions and live shows, turning them into engaging highlight reels and full-length deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Event & Highlight Edits: Transform hours of raw event footage into fast-paced, emotionally engaging highlight reels and teasers optimized for digital and social media platforms.
- Multi-Cam & Audio Sync: Seamlessly sync and edit multi-camera setups and external audio recordings from live events.
- Post-Production: Perform skilled color correction and color grading to handle fluctuating live-event lighting conditions.
- Motion Graphics & Text: Create and integrate cinematic text overlays, lower thirds, and motion graphics into the final edits.
- Asset Management: Systematically organize and manage massive project files, raw clips, and audio assets to maintain an efficient workflow.

Requirements & Skills:

- Software Expertise: Strong,



hands-on proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Visual Pacing: A sharp eye for pacing, timing, and selecting the most impactful camera angles to maintain audience retention.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on seamless transitions, perfect audio-to-video sync, and cleaning up background noise.
- Portfolio: A strong showreel or links to previous work showcasing event highlights, multi-cam edits, or dynamic social media content.

Bonus Points (Preferred):

- Specific experience processing, handling, and color-grading footage from Sony camera systems.
- Experience in editing long-form content, such as podcasts or full-event coverage.
- Ability to deliver quick turnaround times for same-day or next-day teaser releases.
