Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our events team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for business conferences, corporate events, digital campaigns, social media, and event branding materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative assets for business conferences, corporate events, and promotional campaigns.
- Create event posters, invitations, banners, standees, backdrops, certificates, brochures, social media creatives, and digital marketing materials.
- Develop event branding concepts and maintain consistency across all event-related materials.
- Work closely with the marketing and event teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Adapt designs according to different platforms and required dimensions.
- Handle last-minute design changes and event-related creative requirements.




- Coordinate with printing vendors and ensure designs are print-ready with proper specifications.
- Maintain organized files and design assets for different events and campaigns.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of skilled experience, preferably in an event management, business conference, corporate events, or marketing company.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, branding, colour combinations, and visual communication.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to handle urgent and last-minute event requirements.
- A strong portfolio showcasing event, corporate, branding, and digital creatives is required.

Preferred

Experience in designing creatives specifically for business conferences, award ceremonies, corporate events, exhibitions, and large-scale events will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
