Blue Monkfish Private Limited is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of graphic design, branding, social media creatives, digital marketing materials, and visual communication.

The candidate should be able to understand creative requirements, develop original design concepts, and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and visually appealing designs for social media, websites, advertisements, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Design posts, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing creatives.
- Develop graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Create marketing and promotional creatives for company and client projects.
- Understand design briefs and convert ideas into engaging visual concepts.
- Maintain consistency with company and client brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the marketing, business development, video, HR, and management teams.
- Make design revisions based on feedback and project requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, styles, typography, layouts, and visual communication techniques.
- Maintain organized source files, templates, brand assets, and project files.
- Ensure all final designs meet professional quality standards.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of qualified experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.




- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma, and Canva will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for social media and digital marketing.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple revisions.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with international/US clients is preferred.
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design and creative tools is an advantage.
