Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineer / Senior Engineer with a robust background in materials manufacturing and project management to join our R&D; team. In this role, you will lead critical research and development initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and drive innovation in material processing and product development to achieve both technical milestones and strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Development & Innovation

- Design and develop creative products tailored precisely to customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis, characterization, and testing of materials to ensure strict compliance with performance metrics and industry benchmarks.

2. End-to-End Project Management

- Plan, coordinate, and execute complex R&D; projects, ensuring milestones are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams—including Design, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance—to facilitate smooth product transitions from concept to production.
- Proactively track project timelines, perform risk assessments, and implement swift corrective actions when necessary.

3. Design, Prototyping & Testing

- Oversee prototype fabrication and rigorous testing phases to ensure full alignment with functional and technical goals.




- Evaluate empirical test data, troubleshoot design flaws, and author detailed technical reports and engineering recommendations.

4. Documentation & Regulatory Compliance

- Maintain meticulous and comprehensive project documentation, including engineering blueprints, test protocols, and design history files.
- Ensure all product designs and manufacturing processes fully comply with relevant global standards, certifications, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ASTM, ISO, RoHS).

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in product development, material processing, and technical project management.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of material properties, specifically focusing on metals, advanced composites, and modern manufacturing methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD modeling and finite element analysis (FEA) simulation software, specifically SolidWorks and Ansys.
- Proven track record of managing technical engineering projects within cross-functional team environments.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and clear verbal/written communication.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
