· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.

· 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a growing SME, education /training company, services organisation or similar environment.

· Robust practical understanding of recruitment and generalist HR operations.

· Good written and spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, employees and management.

· Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.

· Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.

· Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and HR/recruitment tools.

· Ability to create professional documents, trackers, job descriptions, policies and HR communications.

A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to build HR processes rather than simply administer existing ones.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
