To manage Machine Shop operations and production planning.
To be experienced candidate in Engineering products or Industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production.
- Monitor customer orders, delivery schedules, and job card closure.
- Coordinate material availability, WIP, dispatch, and machine maintenance.
- Monitor OEE, production MIS, and system processes.
- Handle CNC machining, tooling, jigs, and fixture requirements.
- Support recent product development and productivity improvement.
- Implement 5S, ISO, cost-saving, and continuous improvement activities.
- Identify and resolve production and technical issues.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering.
- 7–10 years of experience in Production/Machine Shop operations.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong and practical knowledge of CNC programming and CNC machining.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and applicable standards.
- Knowledge of product costing and process improvement.
- Good production planning, problem-solving, and cost-reduction skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
