We are hiring an experienced Senior OT Technician to manage operation theatre preparation, surgical equipment, and OT support services. The candidate should have strong knowledge of OT procedures, sterilization protocols, and surgical assistance.

Responsibilities

Prepare operation theatre before surgeries

Maintain OT instruments, equipment, and surgical supplies

Assist surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists during procedures

Ensure sterilization and infection control standards

Check OT equipment and report maintenance issues

Supervise junior OT technicians and OT assistants

Maintain OT records and inventory

Support emergency and critical surgeries when required

Ensure smooth functioning of OT operations

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT)

Minimum 3–5 years experience in OT

Knowledge of surgical instruments and OT procedures





Ability to handle emergency surgeries

Good leadership and communication skills

Willing to work rotational shifts

Preferred Candidates

Experience in multi-speciality hospital

Knowledge of sterilization and infection control

Experience assisting in major surgeries
