Nexus Global Visas is looking for a confident, professional and customer-focused Visa Consultant to join our team in Bangalore.

The role involves communicating with international clients who have expressed interest in visa services, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information and guiding qualified clients through the next stage of the visa process.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with international clients through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide clear information regarding relevant visa services and processes.
- Qualify genuine enquiries based on client requirements and eligibility.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain professional client relationships.
- Handle client questions and objections confidently and professionally.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client journey.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Work towards individual and team performance objectives.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Good follow-up and communication abilities.




- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Previous experience in visa/immigration, travel, international customer service, inside sales or BPO is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
