We are looking for an International Brand Sourcing Executive with experience in Skincare, Personal Care, Hair Care, and Cosmetics. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating with, and sourcing products from international manufacturers and suppliers. The role involves managing the complete sourcing cycle, monitoring global market trends, ensuring quality and compliance, and optimizing procurement costs and margins.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard international suppliers and manufacturers. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global vendors.

Procurement Execution: Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including product sampling, price negotiation.

Cost Negotiation & Analysis: Negotiate product pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and commercial conditions to achieve competitive pricing and healthy profit margins.

Market Research: Monitor international market trends, new product launches, emerging brands,



and potential sourcing opportunities across Skincare, Personal Care, Hair Care, and Cosmetics.

Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure suppliers meet required quality standards, brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, documentation, and international trade compliance.

Candidate Requirements

Education: B.Com or equivalent qualification.

Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in international sourcing/procurement, preferably in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Personal Care, or Hair Care.

Positive command of English, both written and verbal.

Strong email drafting and communication skills.

Good negotiation and vendor management skills.

Ability to work with international suppliers and understand commercial terms.

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Strong follow-up, coordination, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
