Required Skills:

- Code Quality Governance: Own programme-wide code quality governance across all Scrum pods; define and maintain code review standards, review checklists, coding guidelines, Definition of Done criteria, quality gates, and engineering best practices, ensuring code is secure, maintainable, scalable, testable, and aligned with architecture standards.
- Senior Code Review: Perform senior/second-level reviews for complex, business-critical, security-sensitive, cross-pod, or high-risk changes, assessing code structure, design, performance, security, error handling, test coverage, and overall technical quality; balance review rigor with delivery speed across multiple pods.
- Static Analysis & Quality Tooling: Own static-analysis and code-quality policies, including linting, complexity thresholds, coverage gates,



SonarQube or equivalent tooling, and audit review-process adherence across pods; report quality trends and recurring issues.
- Engineering Improvement & Mentorship: Identify recurring quality problems and technical debt, support prioritization and refactoring, promote automation and continuous improvement, and mentor Full Stack Developers on code reviews, design patterns, secure coding, and engineering best practices; collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Security, and DevOps teams.
- Technical Expertise & Qualifications: Strong command of Java and/or Python plus React/TypeScript sufficient for cross-stack reviews; Bachelor//'s degree in Computer Science or related field; relevant technical certification preferred. Prior Technical Lead/Architect experience, secure-coding certification/training, or experience establishing review practices in a growing engineering organization is an advantage.
