Project Lead – AI/Software Projects

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically capable Project Lead to lead software and AI-based projects from planning through delivery. The candidate will coordinate developers, designers and business stakeholders, manage project timelines and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead software, web, mobile and AI-related projects from initiation to completion.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into clear project plans and tasks.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines and deliverables.
- Assign and monitor tasks across development, UI/UX, QA and other teams.
- Conduct daily stand-ups and regular project review meetings.
- Track progress, identify risks and resolve project-related issues.
- Coordinate with clients, management, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports and requirement documents.
- Ensure deliverables meet functional, technical and quality standards.
- Support team members in resolving execution and coordination challenges.
- Manage changes in project scope, priorities and timelines.




- Encourage accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of experience in software project coordination, project management or product delivery.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology teams.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to prepare project plans, user stories and requirement documents.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a startup or rapid-growing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
- Experience managing AI/ML, SaaS, EdTech, mobile application or web development projects.
- Basic technical understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms and application architecture.
- Scrum Master, PMP or Agile certification would be an advantage.
