Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our jewellery/luxury retail team. The ideal candidate should have robust retail sales experience, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to deliver a premium showroom experience while consistently achieving sales targets.

Candidates with experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, premium brands, or high-value products will be preferred.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail sales.
- Jewellery or luxury retail experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Good knowledge of customer handling and sales processes.
- Knowledge of jewellery products, designs, and customer preferences will be an advantage.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements and preferences.




- Explain jewellery designs, product features, specifications, and pricing.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and budget.
- Drive sales and achieve assigned individual and showroom targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers and generate repeat business.
- Maintain a premium and personalized customer experience.
- Handle showroom sales activities professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
- Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Stay updated on jewellery products, designs, promotions, and offers.
