- Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation:
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 standards in all laboratory activities.
- Implement and maintain a quality management system to meet the requirements of the standard.
- Oversee document control, record keeping, and other aspects of the QMS.
- Method Validation and Development:
- Validate and develop analytical methods for food testing to ensure accuracy, precision, and reliability.
- Stay updated on current testing methodologies and technologies in the food industry.
- Staff Training and Competence:
- Identify training needs for laboratory personnel and ensure staff competency in relevant methods.
- Conduct or oversee training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of laboratory staff.
- Instrumentation and Equipment Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Ensure that instruments are properly calibrated and validated according to ISO 17025 requirements.
- Quality Control and Assurance:
- Implement quality control procedures to monitor and maintain the quality of analytical results.
- Investigate and address any deviations or non-conformities identified during quality control processes.
- Participation in Proficiency Testing:
- Coordinate and participate in proficiency testing programs to demonstrate the laboratory's competence.
- Evaluate proficiency testing results and implement corrective actions as necessary.




- Customer Interaction and Communication:
- Interact with clients to understand their testing needs and address any technical inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding technical aspects of testing.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in laboratory processes and procedures.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions based on feedback, audits, and performance metrics.
- Internal and External Audits:
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO 17025 standards.
- Address findings from audits and take corrective actions to maintain accreditation.
- Data Integrity and Security:
- Ensure the integrity and security of data generated by the laboratory.
- Implement measures to prevent data manipulation and maintain the confidentiality of client information.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and standards in the food industry.
- Ensure that the laboratory's activities align with regulatory requirements.
- Report Review:
- Development, modification, verification and validation of methods;
- Analysis of results, including statements of conformity or opinions and interpretations;
- Report, review and authorization of results.

Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
