We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect Studio Head with a strong background in Commercial & Residential Interior fit-out

Key Responsibilities:

Lead commercial interior design projects from concept to handover.

Prepare and review design concepts, working drawings, and BOQs.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams, vendors, and project teams.

Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and design standards.

Mentor and lead the architectural team.

Requirements:

- 18+ years of experience in commercial interior turnkey projects.
- Robust knowledge of corporate office, retail, and commercial interiors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and SketchUp are an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, client handling, and project management skills.
