Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and tender documentation for residential and commercial construction projects. The Estimation Engineer will coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams to ensure cost-effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project cost estimates.
- Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare rate analysis for civil, finishing, MEP, and other construction works.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and negotiation.
- Monitor material and labor costs against approved budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Prepare cost comparison statements and budget revisions.
- Maintain estimation records and project cost documentation.
- Support project teams during execution with quantity and costing clarifications.

Pay: Up to ₹48,366.25 per month
