Floor and Guest Management
- Greet guests and guide them to tables.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Supervise floor waiters and service staff.
- Resolve guest complaints quickly and politely.
- Ensure high standards of table service and hygiene.
Counter and Billing Operations
- Handle the front cash or parcel counter.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) billing system.
- Collect cash, credit card, and digital payments.
- Coordinate parcel and takeaway orders with the kitchen.
- Match daily sales records with cash drawer totals.
Coordination and Administration
- Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff.
- Train and guide new service team members.
- Monitor stock levels for counter supplies and menus.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
