Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls in Malayalam.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and politely.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Maintain proper communication and customer service standards.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Any Degree.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Comfortable handling voice calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates should have a secure internet connection and a suitable work environment for WFH.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
