Our team manages a high volume of active job searches and incoming applicants, and we are expanding our recruiting team in India to help us identify the strongest candidates for our clients.

- Review incoming resumes and applications from candidates who apply to Orion Placement job postings
- Compare each applicant's experience against clearly defined client requirements
- Determine whether candidates meet the qualifications required for each position
- Reject applicants who clearly do not meet the client's requirements




- Identify qualified candidates who should be submitted to our clients
- Review experience, education, licenses, certifications, location, and other job-specific requirements
- Maintain accuracy while reviewing a high volume of applications
- Use good recruiting judgment when determining whether a candidate is a potential fit
- Follow screening criteria and instructions provided by the Orion Placement team
- Help ensure our clients receive relevant, qualified candidates

Qualifications

- 2=3+ years of skilled recruiting experience
- Hands-on experience reviewing resumes and screening job applicants
- Strong ability to understand job descriptions and required qualifications
- Good judgment when evaluating candidate experience
- Strong written English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to efficiently review a high volume of applicants
- Comfortable independently making qualification and rejection decisions
- U.S. recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- ATS experience preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
