Job Summary

RK Life Care Inc. is looking for an experienced QC Manager to lead Quality Control activities at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Jajjar, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in a Dry Injection manufacturing plant and a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems, laboratory operations, analytical instruments, chemical handling, microbiological testing, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day Quality Control operations for the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure effective QC support for Dry Powder/Dry Injection manufacturing and filling operations.
- Supervise chemical analysis, raw material testing, in-process testing, finished product testing, and stability-related activities.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, preparation, and usage of laboratory chemicals and reagents.
- Manage and ensure proper operation, calibration, qualification, and maintenance of QC laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Oversee microbiology laboratory activities, including environmental monitoring, microbial testing, sterility-related activities, and microbiological controls as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, specifications, analytical methods, and data integrity requirements.
- Review and approve analytical results, test reports, specifications, protocols, and laboratory documentation.
- Investigate OOS, OOT, deviations, incidents, and laboratory-related discrepancies and ensure appropriate CAPA.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments for quality-related matters.




- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of QC activities.
- Prepare the QC laboratory for regulatory inspections and customer audits.
- Train, guide, and evaluate QC analysts and laboratory personnel.
- Ensure laboratory safety, housekeeping, chemical safety, and compliance with applicable procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement in QC systems, laboratory efficiency, testing practices, and compliance.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Relevant degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Proven experience as a QC Manager / QC Head / Senior QC professional in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Mandatory experience in a Dry Injection / Dry Powder Injection manufacturing plant.
- Robust practical knowledge of pharmaceutical QC laboratory operations.
- Hands-on understanding of chemical analysis and laboratory chemicals/reagents.
- Good knowledge of analytical and laboratory instruments, calibration, qualification, and troubleshooting.
- Experience and understanding of Microbiology / Micro QC activities and approvals.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, SOPs, OOS/OOT, deviations, CAPA, change control, and data integrity.
- Ability to handle audits and regulatory inspection requirements.
- Good team-management, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have independently handled QC operations in a Dry Injection facility and have exposure to chemical testing, analytical instruments, microbiological activities, laboratory approvals, and regulatory compliance will be preferred.
