PRT English Teacher – Job Description

Position: PRT English Teacher
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: As per school requirement

Job Responsibilities

- Teach English to students at the Primary level.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Conduct assessments, worksheets, and regular evaluations.
- Maintain proper classroom discipline and student records.
- Participate in school events, activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Use innovative and activity-based teaching methods.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.




- Relevant teaching experience in a CBSE/English-medium school will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and teaching skills may also apply.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.
- Lodging: Accommodation/Lodging facility will be provided by the school as per school policy.
- Consultancy Fee: Applicable as per Edu Career Consultancy recruitment terms.
