URGENT HIRING | SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE – AGROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY

Geeken Chemicals India Limited is hiring a Supply Chain Executive with hands-on experience specifically in the Agrochemical / Crop Protection / Pesticides industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / KRA

- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchase activities for agrochemical products, raw materials and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiation, purchase orders and timely delivery.
- Monitor raw material, finished goods and packaging inventory and maintain optimum stock levels.
- Coordinate inbound & outbound logistics and ensure timely movement of materials/products.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries and resolve supply-related issues proactively.
- Prepare and maintain POs, GRNs, invoices and other procurement/supply chain documents.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Warehouse, Finance and Quality teams.
- Monitor vendor performance, pricing, lead time and delivery commitments.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies,



quality requirements and approved procedures.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, better vendor management and supply chain efficiency.
- Support smooth availability of materials to ensure uninterrupted production and timely customer dispatches.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

✅ 5–10 years of relevant experience in Agrochemicals / Crop Protection / Pesticides / Agricultural Chemicals.
✅ Hands-on experience in Procurement, Purchase, Inventory, Logistics or Supply Chain.
✅ Good understanding of agrochemical raw materials, finished goods and packaging supply chain will be preferred.
✅ Robust knowledge of MS Excel & ERP systems.
✅ Good negotiation, vendor management and analytical skills.
✅ Strong coordination with Production, Warehouse, Sales, Finance & Quality teams.
✅ Ability to manage multiple activities and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualification: Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration or related field. MBA in Supply Chain / Operations will be preferred.

Candidates with relevant experience specifically in the AGROCHEMICAL / CROP PROTECTION / PESTICIDES industry will be given preference.
