We are looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to lead the company's technology strategy and build scalable enterprise-grade products.

Role Overview

As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams, defining technology architecture, and ensuring the successful delivery of secure, scalable, and reliable software products. You will work closely with the founders to transform business vision into world-class technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute Prohall's engineering strategy.
- Lead and mentor engineering managers and software engineers.
- Design scalable enterprise architecture and cloud infrastructure.
- Drive engineering best practices, software quality, and security.
- Establish development processes, sprint planning, and release management.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Customer Success teams.
- Build secure and scalable APIs and enterprise systems.
- Implement AI-driven automation and intelligent workflows.
- Manage engineering hiring, performance, and career development.
- Ensure high platform availability, performance, and reliability.

Required Qualifications





- 8–15 years of software engineering experience.
- B.Tech in Computer Science or related discipline from an IIT (Preferred).
- Minimum 3 years leading engineering organizations.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS or B2B technology platforms.
- Robust expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture.
- Experience managing engineering teams of 20+ members.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Startup or high-growth technology company experience is preferred.
