Job Summary

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer with solid backend expertise and experience designing high-scale platforms.

A key focus of this role is Backend for Frontend, BFF, architecture. You will lead technical architecture, backend development, system integration, and engineering standards across complex product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture and development of scalable software systems.
- Design high-performance backend services.
- Build REST APIs and middleware services.
- Design and maintain Backend for Frontend, BFF, layers.
- Implement API aggregation, orchestration, and data transformation.
- Contribute to React and TypeScript-based frontend development.
- Drive architecture reviews and technical strategy.
- Mentor engineers and conduct technical reviews.
- Solve complex technical challenges.
- Lead migration and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills





- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong technical leadership experience.
- Expert experience with Java, Kotlin, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Node.js.
- React or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- BFF architecture, mandatory.
- API aggregation and orchestration.
- Distributed systems.
- High-traffic and high-availability platforms.
- Strong system design and architecture skills.

Preferred

- Scala or other JVM languages
- AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Microservices
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Large-scale migration projects
- Cross-platform modernization
