Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Delivery: Manage, mentor, and upskill L1/L2 analysts; own task allocation, sprint planning, and quality control of team deliverables.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for growth partners, translating business needs into technical scope and delivering executive-ready presentations.

Hands-on Analytics & Engineering: Conduct thorough analysis, write complex SQL, build automated data pipelines, and develop advanced dashboards.

Insights & Automation: Drive structured storytelling to turn raw data into strategic decisions while continuously automating manual reporting workflows.
