Position: GEM Portal Operator & Sales Executive

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an efficient and result-oriented GEM Portal Operator who can independently handle the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and actively contribute to sales generation.

The ideal candidate should not only be capable of managing the GeM portal but also have a strong sales mindset and the ability to identify business opportunities, participate in relevant bids/tenders and convert opportunities into orders.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and operate the GeM portal on a daily basis.

* Search and identify relevant tenders, bids and business opportunities.

* Handle bid participation, documentation and submission.

* Monitor bid status, deadlines and order processes.

* Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product documents and compliance.

* Generate leads and business opportunities through GeM.

* Follow up on opportunities and work towards converting them into sales.

* Maintain proper records of bids, orders, customers and sales.





* Continuously identify new ways to increase GeM sales.

Requirements

* Previous experience working on the GeM portal preferred.

* Positive understanding of GeM bidding and tender processes.

* Strong communication and follow-up skills.

* Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

* Candidates with existing GeM/tender experience will be preferred.

Compensation & Incentives

Fixed Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives

The candidate will have a clear opportunity to earn additional incentives based on the sales/orders generated.

More sales = More incentives.
