Install, assemble, dismantle and repair mechanical equipment. Identify and troubleshoot mechanical faults. Carry out equipment alignment, fitting and maintenance activities. Use hand tools and measuring instruments safely and effectively. Support maintenance of mill and other plant equipment. Maintain equipment to minimize breakdowns and production downtime. Follow all company safety, quality and maintenance procedures. Requirements ITI Fitter / Mechanical trade qualification.
0-2 years of relevant industrial experience. Experience in mill or plant maintenance will be an advantage. Good knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment. Ability to understand basic mechanical drawings. Willingness to work in shifts. Valuable safety awareness and teamwork skills.
