PLC Programming & Development

 Developing, programming, and debugging PLC applications using Allen-Bradley ControlLogix / CompactLogix.

 Developing and modifying PLC programs using Studio 5000 Logix Designer.

 Developing HMI applications using FactoryTalk Optix, OptixPanel, and OptixEdge.

 Developing machine sequences, interlocks, alarms, diagnostics, and I/O logic.

 Integrating PLCs with VFDs, servo systems, remote I/O, robots, and other automation devices.

Motion Control & Drives

 Configuring and commissioning Rockwell Kinetix servo drives and motion control systems.  Configuring and troubleshooting PowerFlex VFDs.

 Troubleshooting motion, drive, I/O, and PLC-related issues.

Installation, Commissioning & Testing

 Performing system installation, testing, commissioning, FAT, and SAT.  Troubleshooting automation systems at customer sites.

 Supporting machine/system integration and successful project handover.  Working with electrical, mechanical, robotics, and project engineering teams.

Training & Documentation

 Conducting technical training and TOT (Training of Trainers) for customers, trainers, engineers, and end users.

 Preparing training materials, operating procedures, PLC/HMI backups, and basic technical documentation.

 Supporting customers with technical guidance and system operation.

Qualifications Required:  Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation,



or Mechatronics Engineering

 Relevant Experience: 2–4 years

Technical Skills  Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation PLCs.  Proficient in Studio 5000 Logix Designer.  Experience with ControlLogix / CompactLogix.  Experience with FactoryTalk Optix / OptixPanel / OptixEdge.  Knowledge of Kinetix Servo and Motion Control.  Knowledge of PowerFlex VFDs.  Good understanding of EtherNet/IP communication.  Knowledge of PLC architecture, digital/analog I/O, and industrial automation systems.  Ability to read and understand electrical control schematics.

Soft Skills  Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.  Good communication and presentation skills.  Ability to conduct technical training / TOT.  Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.  Willingness to travel for installation, commissioning, training, and customer support.

Experience  2–4 years of hands-on experience in Allen-Bradley PLC programming.  Experience in PLC/HMI development, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.  Experience with servo, VFD, industrial networking, and machine automation.  Experience in customer-site commissioning and technical training will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
