- Supervise and manage security guards and security staff on daily duty.
- Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower deployment.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Ensure proper checking of incoming and outgoing materials and goods.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections of the premises.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper conduct of security personnel.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities immediately.
- Maintain records of visitors, vehicles, incidents, and security checks.
- Coordinate with HR and management regarding attendance, discipline, and security matters.
- Handle emergencies such as theft, fire, accidents, unauthorized entry, or other incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company security procedures and safety protocols.




- Train security guards on access control, emergency response, fire safety, and basic security procedures.
- Liaise with police, fire department, and other authorities when required.
- Prepare daily security reports and incident reports for management.
- Ensure proper functioning of security equipment, gates, barriers, CCTV, alarms, and communication devices.
- Investigate security-related incidents and submit findings to management.
- Ensure strict control over keys, access cards, and restricted areas.
- Support the company during emergency situations, drills, and evacuation procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
