Job Description – Reverse Logistics Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reverse Logistics Executive to manage the end-to-end reverse logistics process, including product returns, reverse inventory, stock reconciliation, and coordination with warehouse and procurement teams. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring smooth return operations, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete reverse logistics process, including customer returns, damaged goods, and stock recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of reverse inventory, stock movements, and returned products.
- Verify returned items and ensure proper documentation, GRN processing, and inventory updates.
- Perform stock verification, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy.
- Process stock transfers, adjustments, and reverse inventory transactions.
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged stock and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams for timely processing of returned inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports related to reverse logistics and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, inventory control policies, and audit requirements.
- Support internal and external inventory audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in reverse logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
- Good understanding of reverse logistics processes and inventory control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems/ERP.
- Robust analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting operational deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
