Required Talent Acqusition Executive

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment for Hospertz India Private Limited across Architecture, Interior Design, Healthcare, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounts and Corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, consultants and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR screening based on experience, skills, salary and notice period.
- Coordinate interviews with Department Heads / Senior Management and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations and candidate follow-ups until joining.
- Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker and daily/weekly MIS.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming positions.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and manage agency-sourced candidates.
- Ensure vacancies are closed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Support employee onboarding and maintain proper recruitment documentation.

- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
- Experience with Boolean Search / LinkedIn sourcing will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in Architecture, Interior, Healthcare, Construction, Consultancy or similar industries will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

- Number of positions closed.
- Time taken to close vacancies.
- Quality of shortlisted candidates.
- Interview-to-selection ratio.
- Offer-to-joining conversion.
- Candidate follow-up and joining efficiency.
- Accuracy and timely submission of recruitment MIS.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident, proactive and highly organized, with strong recruitment skills and the ability to take ownership of hiring requirements from start to finish.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
